Each Lamu jewelry comes with a two-month warranty from the moment you receive it. Because your peace of mind is our priority.
Will I receive the jewelry exactly as I see it in the photo?
At Lamu, each jewel is a handmade masterpiece, loaded with exclusivity and personality. That being said, no two pieces are identical; Each one has its own unique shine and nuances.
Although we strive to make each piece of jewelry as close to its photo as possible, uniqueness is our signature. So yes, you can find variations, especially in color, especially in our jewelry made with recycled glass or horn.
A small detail to consider: colors and shades may vary slightly depending on the device from which you browse our site. But don't worry, your jewelry will be a faithful representation of what you see, but with a touch of uniqueness that makes it exclusively yours.
Are Out of Stock Items Replenished?
If you love a piece, but it is out of stock, be patient. Our jewelry is handmade and travels from Kenya, so we cannot predict its availability.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Of course yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Send us an email to devoluciones@lamubrand.com and we will assist you in the process.

How Long Do I Have to Change My Mind?
From the moment you receive your Lamu jewelry, you have 30 days to decide if it will stay with you. Of course, it has to return to us in impeccable condition, as if it had never left the box.
You are not sure? No problem, we'll give you your money back!
If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return your jewelry. Your refund will arrive in the blink of an eye, in 4 to 6 business days, once we receive the jewelry back.
In cases of payment by card or PayPal, the money is returned directly to the same payment method.
If you have made a payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery. The money is returned directly by bank transfer.
