If the Lamu jewel you have chosen does not resonate with your soul, don't worry. You are free to choose another one that does. Just be sure to let us know within the first 30 days.
How Long Do I Have to Change My Mind?
From the moment you receive your Lamu jewelry, you have 30 days to decide if it will stay with you. Of course, it has to return to us in impeccable condition, as if it had never left the box.
The Steps to a Successful Change?

Wait a bit: We will send you instructions and confirmation of the change. And yes, the first change shipment is on us.
Special code: Upon receiving your jewelry, we will send you a personalized coupon for your next purchase.
ATTENTION: If your package decides to travel the world and does not reach us, unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility. We would love to, but we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. So make sure it reaches us in optimal condition.
When and How to Make a Change?
In the first 30 days after receiving it.

How do I ship?
Ask us for a prepaid label for pickup at your home. Remember that the first change is on us!

At Lamu we are not responsible for any loss that the package has suffered during shipping, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
What if something is not right with my jewelry?
Each of our jewelry goes through a super strict quality control in our warehouse, but as they are handmade they may have variations in color and shape, if we missed something or the finish does not convince you, contact us [HERE] . Please note that you must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In these cases:
- We will send you a new item in perfect condition, if available.
We will collect the defective item and deliver the new one, at no cost to you.
- If it is not available, we will offer you, without an increase in price, a gem with similar characteristics and specifications, as long as it suits your needs and what you are looking for.
- In case the jewel is not available and you do not want to purchase another one, we will refund the full amount.
